General Return Conditions

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

The customer must notify his or her return request by email or via his or her customer area prior to any return.

2. Conditions for accepting returns

Returned items must

  • Be new, unworn and unwashed

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Keep all labels, seals and hygienic protections intact

  • Be free of odours and signs of use

⚠️ For reasons of hygiene, underwear (boxers, briefs, panties) that has been tried on or unsealed cannot be taken back.

Any product returned incomplete, damaged or unfit for resale may be refused.

3. Returns procedure

  1. Go to your order history

  2. Select the order and then the items you wish to return, then confirm

  3. Enter the order number

  4. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  5. Send the parcel with a tracking number

  6. Alternatively, contact Customer Services at: [email protected]

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, unless we make an error or the product is faulty.

4. Refunds

Once the items have been received and checked, they will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days using the same method of payment as was used when the order was placed.

In the event of a partial return, only the amount of the items returned will be refunded.

In addition, items benefiting from quantity discounts will be refunded according to the number of items not returned.

Example: if you buy 3 caps with a -30% discount and you return 2 caps, the amount due for the order will be the price of the cap without the discount (because the quantity discount will be cancelled)

5. Defective products or preparation errors

In the event of a defective item or preparation error:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt

  • Attach a clear photo of the product concerned

  • We will propose a replacement or a refund

Return postage will be paid by French Market.

6. Items excluded from the right of return

The following items cannot be returned

  • Unsealed underwear for hygiene reasons

  • Personalised items

  • Sale or promotional products (unless otherwise stated)

  • Items returned after the deadline
