Terms and conditions of return

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers have 30 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

The customer must notify his or her return request by e-mail or via his or her customer area before returning the goods.

2. Conditions for accepting returns

Returned items must

  • Be new, unworn and unwashed

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Keep all labels, seals and hygienic protections intact

  • Be free of odors and signs of use

⚠️ For reasons of hygiene, undergarments (boxers, briefs, panties) that have been tried on or unsealed cannot be taken back.

Any product returned incomplete, damaged or unfit for resale may be refused.

3. Returns procedure

  1. Go to your order history

  2. Select the order and then the items you wish to return, then validate

  3. Enter your order number

  4. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  5. Send the parcel with a tracking number

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Refunds

After receipt and verification of items, refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days via the payment method used at the time of order.

In the case of partial returns, only the amount of the returned items will be refunded.

In addition, items benefiting from quantity discounts will be refunded according to the number of items not returned.

Example: if you buy 3 caps with a -30% discount and return 2 caps, the amount due for the order will be the price of the cap without the discount (as the quantity discount will be cancelled)

5. Defective products or preparation errors

In the event of a defective item or preparation error:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt

  • Attach a clear photo of the product concerned

  • We will propose a replacement or refund

Return shipping costs will be covered by French Market.

6. Items excluded from the right of return

The following items cannot be returned

  • Unsealed underwear for hygiene reasons

  • Personalized items

  • Discounted or promotional products (unless otherwise stated)

  • Items returned after the deadline
